When I was in the market for trail shoes, I narrowed my search to Inov-8 212, Salomon Speedcross 3, and Saucony Peregrine 5. With my wide feet, I wear size 9. The Inov-8s are relatively narrow. To fit the 212s comfortably, I had to wear a size 10, which at that point felt too long. With the Speedcross 3, I just barely fit a 9. Verified Purchase. Runs Small Runs Large. Runs Narrow Runs Wide. Poor Support Great Support. I wear a size 9 in every shoe except INOV8s (I wear size 8.5 INOV8s). I'm amazed that another reviewer said these shoes felt narrow. I have a very wide toe box and these fit fine almost too roomy. Like all INOV8s I've had, they are toguh to get into 4U4Xx6o.
